Road Conditions: Expect narrow, winding mountain roads. In winter, we recommend 4WD, snow tires, or chains. Our driveway is steep, no low profile cars. Wildlife & Nature: You’re in the wilderness — you may see bears, bugs, and other critters. Keep food stored properly and respect wildlife. Water Source: The cabin is on well and septic. Water is safe but may have a slight tint or smell — this is normal for the area. For drinking, we recommend bottled water. We also have a purified Brita pitcher Pet Fee: $100 for up to 2 dogs. You’ll receive your door code on the day of check-in, and exact address details prior to your arrival. *We DO NOT offer refunds for inclement weather, COVID, or other extenuating circumstances. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. *We recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter months, while TN doesn't get much snow, they are mountain roads. *We also do not recommend low profile(sports) cars as the driveway is very steep. Cabin is pet friendly with an additional pet fee. Please only allow pets on furniture when using the provided furniture cover. Excess pet hair on furniture or blankets will have an additional pet fee added

Neighborhood
There are windy and hilly roads, please be careful driving in and out. We do recommend the use of Snow tires or four wheel drive in the winter months. While TN does not get a ton of snow, the steep streets can sometimes be hard to get up without it.
